The Referral Process

To initiate the referral process, call Ian Anderson House at (905) 337-8004 ext. 234.  Our Home Co-ordinator or designate will initiate the referral process which includes accessing medical records and assessment by physicians on the admissions committee. Prospective residents and family members will be visited by a Home Co-ordinator for assessment and will then be added to the waiting list and prioritized according to the most urgent need for the next available bed.  We encourage family members and, if possible, prospective residents to visit the House to see what is available and to ask any questions that they may have.
