Admission Procedure
Prospective residents on our waiting list will be routinely contacted by our Home Co-ordinator and we ask that the Home Co-ordinators be kept informed of any major changes in a prospective resident's circumstances. For applications to be processed, specific forms and medical documentation must be completed. Click here for IAH Application & Information Forms.
